Title En: Intention
العنوان: النيّة
Desc: Abdest almaya niyet edilir. Niyet kalp ile yapılır, dil ile söylenmesi sünnettir.
Desc En: One makes the intention to perform wudu. The intention is made with the heart; saying it verbally is sunnah.
Sunnah: Hz. Peygamber (s.a.v.): 'Ameller niyetlere göredir.' (Buhârî)
Sunnah En: The Prophet (pbuh): 'Actions are judged by intentions.' (Bukhari)
Dua: نَوَيتُ أَنْ أَتَوَضَّأَ لِرَفْعِ الحَدَثِ
Dua Tr: Hades-i kaldırmak için abdest almaya niyet ettim.
Dua En: I intend to perform wudu to remove impurity.

العنوان: Elleri Yıkama
Title En: Washing Hands
العنوان: غَسْلُ اليَدَيْن
Desc: Bileklere kadar eller üç kez yıkanır.
Desc En: Hands are washed up to the wrists three times.
Sunnah: Temizlik imandan gelir.
Sunnah En: Cleanliness is part of faith.
Dua: بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
Dua Tr: Rahman ve Rahim olan Allah'ın adıyla.
Dua En: In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

العنوان: Ağza Su Verme (Mazmaza)
Title En: Rinsing the Mouth
العنوان: المَضْمَضَة
Desc: Ağza üç kez su alınır, çalkalanır.
Desc En: Water is taken into the mouth three times and rinsed.
Sunnah: Ağız temizliği hem fiziksel hem manevi arınma sağlar.
Sunnah En: Mouth cleaning provides both physical and spiritual purification.
Dua: اللّٰهُمَّ اسْقِنِي مِنْ حَوْضِ نَبِيِّكَ
Dua Tr: Allah'ım! Bana Peygamberinin havuzundan içir.
Dua En: O Allah! Let me drink from your Prophet's pool.

Step: 4
العنوان: Burna Su Verme (İstinşak)
Title En: Inhaling Water
العنوان: الاسْتِنْشَاق
Desc: Burna üç kez su çekilir ve temizlenir.
Desc En: Water is inhaled into the nose three times and cleaned.
Sunnah: İstinşak, burnun derinliğine su çekme.
Sunnah En: Istinshaq is drawing water deep into the nose.
Dua: اللّٰهُمَّ أَرِحْنِي رَائِحَةَ الجَنَّةِ
Dua Tr: Allah'ım! Bana Cennet kokusunu nasip et.
Dua En: O Allah! Grant me the fragrance of Paradise.

Step: 5
العنوان: Yüzü Yıkama
Title En: Washing the Face
العنوان: غَسْلُ الوَجْه
Desc: Alın saç bitiminden çene altına, yüz üç kez yıkanır.
Desc En: The face is washed three times from the hairline to under the chin.
Sunnah: Sakal hilallemek sünnet-i müekkededir.
Sunnah En: Running fingers through the beard is an emphasized sunnah.
Dua: اللّٰهُمَّ بَيِّضْ وَجْهِي يَوْمَ تَبْيَضُّ وُجُوهٌ
Dua Tr: Allah'ım! Yüzlerin ağardığı gün yüzümü ak eyle.
Dua En: O Allah! Brighten my face on the day when faces shall be bright.

Step: 6
العنوان: Kolları Yıkama
Title En: Washing the Arms
العنوان: غَسْلُ اليَدَيْنِ إِلَى المِرْفَقَيْن
Desc: Dirseklere kadar kollar üç kez yıkanır.
Desc En: Arms are washed up to the elbows three times.
Sunnah: Sağdan başlamak sünnettir.
Sunnah En: Starting from the right is sunnah.
Dua: اللّٰهُمَّ أَعْطِنِي كِتَابِي بِيَمِينِي
Dua Tr: Allah'ım! Kitabımı sağ elimden ver.
Dua En: O Allah! Give me my book in my right hand.

Step: 7
العنوان: Başı Meshetme
Title En: Wiping the Head
العنوان: مَسْحُ الرَّأْس
Desc: Islak ellerle başın tamamı mesh edilir.
Desc En: The entire head is wiped with wet hands.
Sunnah: Başın tamamını mesh etmek sünnettir.
Sunnah En: Wiping the entire head is sunnah.
Dua: اللّٰهُمَّ حَرِّمْ شَعْرِي وَبَشَرِي عَلَى النَّارِ
Dua Tr: Allah'ım! Saçımı ve vücudumu ateşe haram kıl.
Dua En: O Allah! Protect my hair and skin from the fire.

Step: 8
العنوان: Kulakları Meshetme
Title En: Wiping the Ears
العنوان: مَسْحُ الأُذُنَيْن
Desc: Şehadet parmakları kulak içine yerleştirilerek mesh edilir.
Desc En: The index fingers are placed inside the ears to wipe.
Sunnah: Kulaklar baştan sayılır.
Sunnah En: The ears are considered part of the head.
Dua: اللّٰهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِي مِنَ الَّذِينَ يَسْتَمِعُونَ القَوْلَ
Dua Tr: Allah'ım! Beni sözü dinleyip en güzeline uyanlardan eyle.
Dua En: O Allah! Make me among those who listen and follow the best of it.

Step: 9
العنوان: Ayakları Yıkama
Title En: Washing the Feet
العنوان: غَسْلُ الرِّجْلَيْن
Desc: Topuklarla birlikte ayaklar üç kez yıkanır.
Desc En: Feet are washed up to the ankles three times.
Sunnah: Topukların iyice yıkanması konusunda uyarılmıştır.
Sunnah En: Special emphasis has been placed on washing the heels thoroughly.
Dua: اللّٰهُمَّ ثَبِّتْ قَدَمَيَّ عَلَى الصِّرَاطِ
Dua Tr: Allah'ım! Ayaklarımı Sırat üzerinde sabit kıl.
Dua En: O Allah! Make my feet firm on the Sirat.
